NFL Week 4 gets off and running Thursday, Sept. 28, with the NFC North battle between the Detroit Lions and Green Bay Packers and concludes with the New York Giants hosting the Seattle Seahawks in the Oct. 2 Monday Night Football game.

In between is an intriguing 14-game Sunday slate, capped off with Aaron Rodgers’ New York Jets hosting Patrick Mahomes’ Kansas City Chiefs in a Sunday night showdown.

With the Week 4 point spreads and game totals already posted at many of the top online sportsbooks, it’s a perfect time to take advantage of our welcome promo code offers, which are worth up to a combined $3,500 in new customer bonuses:

If the early line holds, the Lions would be favored in Green Bay for the first time since 2012 in this NFC North series. Detroit, though, has won the last three head-to-head matchups and is 10-2 ATS over the last 12 games.

This early-Sunday contest at famed Wembley Stadium is the first of the five scheduled international games on the NFL regular season slate. The Jags play in two of them as they’ll stay in the UK for a Week 5 “road” game against the Buffalo Bills.

The Bills are field goal-plus home favorites here, having won 11 of the last 13 meetings, including a 34-31 wild-card playoff victory in Buffalo last January.

Something has to give here as the host Bears have been one of the league’s worst home teams (8-17 SU since 2020), while the Broncos have been one of the poorest road teams (11-29 SU since 2018) in recent seasons. Denver has opened as a slight road favorite.

This AFC North battle is lined as a pick ‘em at many books, and deservedly so as it’s basically been a draw over the last 10 games (Ravens 6-4 SU, 5-5 ATS).

Cincy is a solid road favorite here after winning the last three head-to-head meetings. That includes a 20-16 road victory last season and a 19-16 divisional-round playoff win in January of 2022.

It could be quite the QB contrast in this inter-conference matchup in Indy between Rams 15th-year veteran Matthew Stafford and Colts rookie Anthony Richardson.

In 2022, the Bucs swept the season series from the Saints for the first time since 2007. New Orleans, however, is a strong home favorite in this one.

The defending NFC champion Eagles will no doubt have last season’s Week 10 Monday night game fresh in their memories. In that contest, the double-digit road underdog Commanders surprised host Philly 32-21 using a huge 40:24-19:36 time of possession advantage.

Minnesota is a slight road favorite, but it’s an under-the-radar game of importance for Carolina as it will be only the Panthers’ second home contest over the season’s first seven weeks.

The Steelers are solid, field goal-plus road favorites, and why not with the Texans posting an NFL-worst home record of 4-20-1 over the last three seasons.

One of seven divisional matchups on the Week 4 schedule, the Raiders and Chargers get together in L.A., having split their series in each of the last three years. The point spread in this one is the highest it’s been for a Raiders-Chargers game over that span as the Bolts opened as 4.5-point home favorites.

Once ATS darlings in the Tom Brady Era, the Patriots are no longer. In fact, New England owns the league’s second-worst ATS win percentage (.391, 9-14) as an underdog since Brady’s departure after the 2019 season and is catching close to a touchdown here in Big D.

The Niners are the largest favorite (10.5 points) on the Week 4 board as they host the lowly Cardinals. San Francisco covered easily as a 9.5- and 14.5-point favorite in the two games vs. Arizona last season, rolling 38-10 and 38-13.

Will we finally get an elusive Mahomes-Rodgers head-to-head matchup? The Chiefs did face Rodgers’ former Packers squad in 2019 and 2021, but Mahomes missed the 2019 game due to an injury, and two years later, an injured Rodgers was out for Green Bay.

Another week, another primetime outing for Big Blue — its third in its first four games — as Daniel Jones and Co. are slight favorites hosting Geno Smith and the Seahawks.
